Accessibility Statement

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is an ongoing commitment rather than a certification: the site is reviewed as it changes, and accessibility is treated as part of building a page rather than a later correction.

Pages use semantic headings in a logical order, landmark regions for navigation and main content, and a single descriptive heading per page. Meaningful images carry alternative text describing what they show; decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.

Navigation, links, and form controls are reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with visible focus. Layouts reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom without loss of content, text is resizable, and colour combinations were chosen with contrast in mind rather than picked purely for appearance.

The site is built with standard HTML and should work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, and with screen readers including VoiceOver and NVDA. We do not require any plug-in, and no content depends on hover or on a pointing device alone.

Some decorative photography carries text overlays where contrast depends on the underlying image; we are reviewing these as the site develops.

The enquiry form opens your own email client rather than submitting on the page, which may be unexpected if your device has no mail client configured. If that affects you, the email address and phone number are published in plain text on the contact page so you can use them directly.

This statement applies to the Thornbridge Holdings website. It is reviewed when the site changes materially and at least annually, and reflects our own testing rather than a third-party audit.
