This website does not host an account system, and the enquiry form does not store submissions on the site — it opens your own email client with the message pre-filled. We therefore only receive the personal information you choose to send us by email or tell us by phone: typically your name, contact details, and the content of your enquiry.

We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, to consider proposals or applications, and to keep a record of correspondence. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Under UK GDPR we rely on the following lawful bases. For responding to enquiries, considering proposals, and keeping records of correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and developing the group — balanced against your interests and rights.

For recruitment enquiries we rely on legitimate interests and, where an application progresses, on steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. Where we must keep records for tax, accounting, or regulatory reasons, we rely on compliance with a legal obligation.

Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent, or as long as required to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not progress are deleted once they are no longer relevant, ordinarily within twelve months.

Records that support statutory accounts or tax filings are kept for six years plus the current financial year, in line with UK requirements. Unsuccessful recruitment correspondence is normally deleted within six months unless you ask us to keep it on file.

We share personal information only with our professional advisers and service providers where necessary, or where we are required to do so by law. Our email and website hosting providers process data on our behalf under contract and may not use it for their own purposes.

Where an enquiry concerns a specific operating company within the group, we may pass it to that company so it can respond. We do not transfer personal information outside the UK or European Economic Area except where our providers do so under an approved safeguard such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

We use access-controlled accounts, encrypted transport, and reputable providers for email and hosting. No system is perfect, so we keep the personal information we hold to the minimum needed and delete it when the purpose has passed. If a breach were likely to result in a risk to your rights, we would report it to the Information Commissioner's Office and, where required, to you.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and in some cases ask for portability of the data you provided.
